APS make pumping problems easy…from start to finish and beyond

1

Step 1: Initial Enquiry

Make contact with us at the earliest stages of your project. We can offer a site survey, rising main analysis and surge testing depending on your requirements. Our technical team will collaborate with clients, consultants and water authorities to obtain an accurate assessment of your requirements.

Step 2: Design

Our in-house experts work with the data received and verify the design brief. Our talented team focus on designing the optimum solution for each site, selecting from our industry partners to ensure we specify and supply the most cost effective solution for every scheme, with efficiency, sustainability, life cycle costs and maintenance at the forefront of our design philosophy.

All our systems are designed and built in accordance with BS EN 752-6:1998 and section H of the Building Regulations. Systems to BS 8301 can be supplied upon request.

Our design team are driven by innovation and continually working on product research and development, to bring the best in cutting edge design to contractors who strive to overcome typical site constraints.

With a wealth of industry experience and the latest design tools at hand, APS will endeavour to find the most efficient and sustainable solution to meet your individual pumping requirements”

Step 3: Construction

Once approval is obtained, APS project managers plan, programme and co-ordinate the works in line with your site requirements, and full production site drawings are prepared. Our multi-skilled M&E engineers attend site to complete the works, ready for handover.

Step 4: Commissioning

Following installation, the station will be thoroughly inspected and examined, and a full installation and commissioning report provided to the site representative. Our engineers carry relevant industry experience and qualifications, with a real pride in their workmanship.

Step 5: Maintenance

Our support continues after completion of the project. All Pump Solutions planned maintenance is a safeguard against expensive failure and keeps the unit working at optimum efficiency. With APS ServerPump® your annual maintenance costs can be budgeted in more detail.
