We provide a range of ongoing condition monitoring solutions and maintenance and repair services carried out by our fully trained staff, who undergo regular training for confined space entry, mechanical handling, method statements and risk assessments and are fully conversant with the latest HSE regulations ensuring that your installations and servicing is completed to the highest standards possible.

Statistics show that over a 25-year cycle, the initial capital cost of a pumping station can be as low as 1% of the whole life costs with as much as 90% being energy costs and typically 5% of the total cost being spent on maintenance. Before operating a pumping station for the first time, a series of checks need to be carried out to ensure that the mechanical and electrical installation has been completed and is satisfactory to begin operation. Before leaving the site our team will carry out these pre-commissioning checks on electrical and mechanical components as well as carry out a series of pre-start checks and operation checks to ensure that the system will operate as it is designed.
